Hatha Yoga


Welcome to hatha yoga class every Wednesday klo 17:30-18:30 at Intiankatu 1.


Hatha yoga is a kind of yoga to improve physical body, get good health and stable emotional condition by making various static poses (asanas). Hatha Yoga is the kind of yoga that works with the physical body. But if you will practice it honestly, knowingly and long enough it will increase your intellectual abilities as well and you will discover hidden abilities that are dozing inside you. Method of Energy and Method of Consciousness are to be combined in a harmonious way to succeed in yoga.


No previous experience is required.


Classes are held by yoga teacher of International Open Yoga University – Tatiana Shandakova


Teaching languages are English and Russian.
